Treated awfully by customers and management. Constant micro managing. Job descriptions are completely inaccurate. Worked with many that were duped into thinking the Web Support Group was an enterprise IT position, due to its description, and the way it is advertised and portrayed, which was falsely. Pay is sub par especially being denigrated by QA which none have ever worked in any kind of IT position. Punished for calling out sick, so everybody comes to work sick. Never have gotten so sick so many times. Team leads are mostly clueless and are mouthpieces for the company and executives. Executives rub in your face how much they make, “cause when you do good, I do good” was spoken at a meeting by an executive. I would avoid this place at all cost… degree or not. Better off working retail, as the verbal and mental abuse is far worse here. Run as fast and far away as possible as I am still haunted by the nightmares of working here.
