Managers available any time to ask questions

Camera active all day long if you leave your chair you have to say why (go to bathroom, go to have a coffee...) Stay behind your computer even when you don't have any work to do Training not really appropriate Laptop and equipment for work difficult to pick up when you are outside town and shipment is not refundable by the company I had access to my payslip one month later, no training on HR documents/softwares

Some days had high call volumes, which could be stressful during peak periods. Performance metrics were closely monitored, and certain customer issues required coordination with multiple departments, which could sometimes delay resolutions.
