Pros
I loved this job. You get to work from the comfort of your home office and the supervisors were always very supportive and friendly. It gave me great job experience that helped me land an entry level position in the IT industry.
Cons
The pay isn't very good but it's acceptable considering you get to save gas and car maintenance money by working from home, and the job has benefits and holidays as well. Don't work here if you don't have thick skin because you are going to spend a lot of time talking to angry rednecks making completely unreasonable demands and hurling insults at you (although you can disconnect people for being abusive). Our systems were also very glitchy, and the staffing department seemed to have some issues as they would never be able to assign us break/lunch schedules that didn't conflict with each other (supervisors had to give us their own schedules for weekends) and severely understaffed weekends while overstaffing weekdays.
