Good Morning, thank you for your feedback. We have a very robust survey process we use to solicit feedback from all of our staff (globally) multiple times every year; with over 2,700 employees this is a much more practical means of soliciting input than "walking the floor" (which would require an in-person visit to multiple sites and several countries). You did not indicate how long or when you worked with us, but our most recent Pulse survey was just completed last month (and led to a number of process improvements based on global feedback). We're proud of both our survey process and our Executive Leadership team and are grateful to have them.

Pros

Flexible remote work environment with supportive supervisors and helpful team members. The training was well organized and provided the tools needed to assist customers effectively. It was a good opportunity to improve communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working with a diverse customer base.

Cons

Some days had high call volumes, which could be stressful during peak periods. Performance metrics were closely monitored, and certain customer issues required coordination with multiple departments, which could sometimes delay resolutions.
