One of Percepta’s core beliefs is to promote from within whenever possible. We view each employee as an investment to our organization. Therefore, whenever we are able to promote from within and groom existing talent, that is the first option that we consider. All of our external job advertisements are also posted internally, and Human Resources meets with employees upon request to discuss career pathing.
We also maintain an extensive catalog of e-learning courses for employees who would like to continue their development and take ownership of growing their skills.
Additionally, because we strongly encourage our employees to stay abreast of current trends in their chosen field and to continuously learn and develop new skills, we over a generous tuition reimbursement arrangement to our employees after they have six months of service with us.
Lastly, our annual performance appraisal practice gives all employees an opportunity to take ownership in their career trajectory and to partner with the leadership team to establish learning objectives.
