Pros
It's a good cause. They offer a lot of paid time off, and vacation time. You are able to create connections with the students and the job can be very fulfilling.
Cons
The management team is very unorganized. They make promises of pay increase with no intention of full filling it. In recent years the company has turned into a puppy mill for other company's, and Per Scholas does a poor job of training the new students. The instructors are often in disagreement with the content creators as the content for the student is very outdated and irrelevant to the jobs they will be expected to perform after graduation.
