It is all about the Duffy profits. All the positive reviews are from the Customer Service Department, because they were instructed by their supervisor to raise the score on this website. Per Mar could care less about the security guards, otherwise they would give raises and decent benefits. The corporate management has no actual clue how or what it takes to be a security guard. They had to hire a baby sitter for one of the CEO's kids, because he has no clue what he is doing. Per Mar has no idea about loyalty. The training is absolutely horrendous. Heck, their post orders are "canned" and there are basic. Nothing pertinent to any of the accounts. Forget pay increases. Management will always blame the client, but they are never fighting for my pay. Don not get the insurance and get sick. It will not cover anything. Had a co-worker who went to the hospital and it only covered $50. Everyone, but the security officers get PTO time or sick time. Per Mar will always say they try to keep good people. This is also a fallacy. The Per Mar way is to screw up to move up.
