Pros
The pros to this job are getting to meet other business owners and managers. Once they get past the "another pepsi rep" phase, they are usually rather helpful and friendly. It's likely that they understand that you must be retarded to work here and have special needs. it was a mistake from the beginning to work here but that's been fixed now.
Cons
The management. Nothing else needs to be said. Pretty much anyone in upper level management, they are all in a contest to win over the owners approval and are constantly stabbing each other in the back. Anyone caught in the middle is chopped liver. You'll receive different instructions for 3-4 different managers and they will all be mad at you when you didn't do it their way. They spend so much time micro-managing and looking for ways to make themselves look good that its easy to see why the company is constantly stuck in the mindset that they are. Be ready to work long hours with horrible pay, if you even get paid on time (their payroll system is a joke), no benefits, even worse health insurance, and a great sense of confusion as you chase your tail around all day. Anyone who thinks they can come in here and actually make a difference is very mistaken.
