Pros
Decent benefits, some really down to earth employees within each department, nice work/life balance (no OT required in my dept)
Cons
Some leadership is completely out of touch and has zero empathy for personal life struggles, starting pay is below industry standards, insulting raises (never received more than a 2% raise), over the past couple years outsourcing jobs became a thing, in the past there were very clear signs of nepotism and promotions given to the "bros"
