The global nature of the organisation creates a mix of cultures and perspectives that makes the work environment richer. Senior leadership, including the CEO, is visible and takes part in key decisions.
Cons
The organisation has gone through some restructuring, and at times it has taken a little while for teams to adjust to the new setup. International organisation means maintaining an 8 to 5 workday can be challenging. The company does provide operational flexibility in terms of office hours and working from home.
