      Upward mobility is great. The culture change is exciting to see grow. Great store team. Pay.

      Cons

      Some process are complicated. Payroll can be tight. A lot of tenure with a lot of unchanging behaviors.

      Pros

      The 401k is great! And the manager at my store is pretty awesome too.

      Cons

      Open every holiday other than Christmas Day and thanksgiving day. Pepboys does not close for anything. They want everyone to work in 100+ degree weather with no A/C in shop and when the roads are unsafe to drive in winter. Company does not care about it’s employees
