Pros
If you can get in on the Pep Boys side (under the one team concept) it is a slightly better environment.
Cons
Very long hours which offsets reasonable salary to nothing. 6 days a week/ 10-12 hours per day. Call out and you may be working on your day off. Difficult upper management. Unreasonable expectations. Camera on you 24/7. Not allowed to sit down behind counter...even during 10 hour shifts. Very high turnover. A very stressful work environment. Hard to keep technicians due to hours and pay. Upper management made me send techs to their car to eat so they wouldn't be seen in the building (even during snowstorms) Yet they are not supposed to leave for lunch. And the building had no break room. There is a general feeling of negativity in this company.
