Pros

Learning to work on a variety of vehicles, with various services. Helps expand skill set.

Cons

Low Pay, Poor Employee Treatment, 6 days off per 12 months full time, limited growth (promised ASE assistance, company only assists with 2/8 ASE’s), Self-Provided Tools, Unstable Hours, often getting lunch after 5+ hours (resulting in weight loss)

Pros

Through my career I have learned a lot on the automotive industry.

Cons

Corporate found a way to cut payroll by approximately $1k monthly to former assistant managers by eliminating the overtime associated with the position and eliminating the position , renamed it and lowered the hourly rate and put them under " commission ". Results...many guys looking for a new job cause with cost of living constantly increasing pay went down drastically plus most stores are understaffed but corporate keeps pushing for productivity, really bad work environment.
