Horizontal structure allows ICs to connect and share ideas with the top leadership. Colleagues are eager to help, no matter who or where you are. Communication is open, transparent and very clear. Fantastic culture of collaboration and helping employees find purpose and growth. Working with cultures from throughout Europe and the US is very fun. We are encouraged to dissent and speak our minds. I feel like I have the autonomy, trust and support to get interesting work done.
