Culture doesn't drive innovation, they need to hire better talent in certain areas.

Pay was great, m-f bank and my co workers.

Management they are not forgiving over one mistake- also it’s a revolving door. No one has been there for over 2 years without being let go or quit. Management is not your friend - sneaky and will find a way to get rid of you even if you try your best.
