      Entry level, few nights/weekends/holidays. Great way to get community connections

      Cons

      Poor work/life balance, don’t get promoted even if you have the experience/track record of success, lots of office politics, they care more about appearances and sucking up rather than who does the actual work

      Pros

      Connecting people with work that paid daily.

      Cons

      Once leadership changed it was downhill from there. The new branch manger came in and systemically ruined everything we built.
