Pros

Good benefits. Good pay. WFH Setup. Dayshift since AU client.

Cons

I’m reaching out to management for help because my client is now crossing boundaries. Taking a leave has started to feel like a requirement, and I even feel guilty about it. That’s how intense the situation has become. However, PP’s isn’t really helping me — I haven’t received any response, just seen messages. It creates burnout within me. Also, there is no professional growth.

Pros

Great if you don't have experience working with an international client. They have 2 months training period with the client. PC provided. WFH. Very accommodating and kind staffs, they'll assist you with care.

Cons

I think I can only comment about the salary. Since you are working under the agency, do not expect the same amount of salary with those who are working with a direct client, although it's normal across all agencies.
