Terrible toxic enviromnent - Account Manager PeopleLikeUs Employee Review

The owner fosters a toxic environment where employees are not appreciated for the work but instead degraded every day and verbally abused. When I ask to be compensated for my extra hours, the owner said it was part of the company culture to 'hustle' and was expected to work overtime without supplemental compensation. My salary was very low, compared to the market offering for my role. I was let go for an unclear reason 2 weeks later. Do not recommend it!!
