The People working there are generslly nice.

This studio’s creative environment has become increasingly dependent on AI-generated content. Traditional artistic contributions are no longer valued, as nearly all artwork and animation now rely on AI tools. Many talented artists have been reduced to merely crafting prompts instead of producing original art. It’s disappointing to witness such a shift away from genuine artistry. The company appears to prioritize automation over its creative staff, and it’s likely that further downsizing of the art team will occur in favor of AI use. I would advise potential applicants to carefully consider these factors, as the long-term outlook for artists here seems uncertain.
