Pros

stay away unless you are a member of the CEO's family and would like to help them make profit

Cons

Juat another family business. Beware of the HR team. They are a bunch of fools with no knowledge of what actually "Human Resources" or what different departments means. For example they would want an Azure engineer to be able ready to set up meeting rooms or support fixing CEO's yacht as everything falls under "IT" for them. or say if you report of any incidents where another employee mistreated you, no action will be taken unless you are a member of "The Family". Most racist place I have ever worked!! Above all do not expect any growth as none of the C-level or senior managers are competent enough to help you learn anything in particular. They just are after free labour. Most importantly, though they sell all these renowned certifications (which of course are all now diminishing value globally after peoplecert took over) the company does not practice any best practice. All they are after is selling exams and making profit,

Pros

Great team environment and the work is easy once you get the ropes.

Cons

The salary is fairly low for the amount of service you provide and tools you have to use to be an effective agent. Very limited growth opportunities for remote workers.
