They know how to take care of the employees. - Insurance coverage is 100% for all employees and 50% for family, no company takes care of their employees like this anymore. - Senior management cares about their people as well as the future of the company. - Paid Time Off is better than most large companies with 10 vacation and 11 holidays, can't get any better than this! - Monthly paid lunches and announcements by the owner. - New work place that promotes an awesome environment. - Promotes gym time and health.
