1. Senior don’t teach junior and find fault when junior wrong 2. Senior don’t show basic respect to anybody coz got Japanese as mountain 3. Dept head know all the behaviour on pt 1 and 2 but do nothing so people keep leaving 3. No career advancement coz only can see staff who abuse and step on coll to climb 4. Japanese like to turn blind to bully 5. Many take salary work less get recognition . Those who is overload due to unbalance work load get condemn n no career advancement
