Pros
Salary, Benefits, time off. Company wide, not location specific benefits
Cons
If you want absolutely little to no work-life balance, then come work here. You will be expected to answer calls at any and every time of the day and night. You will be expected to cover weekends, making a 6-7 work week. Out with family, trying to have a life, doesn’t matter. This company will make sure they own you and try to monopolize every bit of your time that they are able. Constant meetings and/or training on days off or outside normally scheduled hours as well. There’s a lot to learn here at first, but there’s not much to do. The pace of the business is slow and almost stagnant at this location. When you’re the new person, colleagues will dump as much as they can on you to lessen their workload. Had another colleague nitpick over the orientation of scanned files 4 times because apparently, fixing them themselves was too cumbersome and took away from their 2 hour daily lunch break and constant smoking outside. There’s a lot of nepotism where I worked. One supervisor was hired because he had been friends with higher up management for 17 years. He’s a good supervisor, but he’s allowed to work 4-5 hour days while everyone else doesn’t. Upper management will talk a lot of trash about anyone the second they’re not present. Very cold and calculating individual. One day it snowed to the point roads were being closed and travels bans were getting put into place. This guy mocked, laughed at, and degraded anyone who wanted to leave for their own safety. It's a wonder I saw 3-5 employees walk off/quit a week. EXTREMELY HIGH TURNOVER RATE & LOW PAY AT THIS LOCATION End of the day- don’t even bother. They will lure you in with a decent salary, then basically own your life and personal time. You will get dumped on and treated like garbage. If you want to sacrifice your personal freedom, happiness and health for the money, than this is the place for you.
