It’s great to note your thoughts on the impact we have made and continue to make to our members’ lives.
While Covid-19 has certainly had an impact on the events we’ve been able to organise, our Employee Liaison Committee are active in engaging with employees across the business to try to re-introduce social events where possible and we hope to see these return over the coming months.
With regard to your comments on pay, we focus on a total reward package but do regularly review to ensure it remains competitive against industry benchmarks. In terms of progression, we do encourage our employees to apply for internal career opportunities, where they do become available. 50% of hires over the financial year 2021/22 (to date) have been internal hires.
