Pros
I had great management from the VP of Transitional Operations, (J.H.) I could never say she was not honest and open with me. I very easy to talk to, open to new ideas and she truly had your best interest at heart. The owner is brutally honest which i can respect, he is funny as hell, more because I think he says what I want to say. (M.D.) The company as a whole is a great place i can never say that I dislike Pennrose. I will say that some one the people in the filed need to be checked mentally first.
Cons
Some managers will lie to look better, due to the fact they are threatened by you and your intelligence. They will smile in your face and pretend to like you, and they are setting you up for failure. She cant be trusted, when the entire staff complains about you there is a problem. HR will cover for them which makes things even worse.
