      Being a part of Penn state health system. Great new facility. Some amazing co-workers.

      Cons

      Benefits not great unless you use their doctors. Don’t get all the same benefits you would working at the main hospital. Pay isn’t the best.

      Mission-focused Some patients and employees are nice Good benefits

      Cons

      Crowded and Busy. In the cancer institute the lines for check-in went out the door and it seems like everyone forgets their manners in that place. Very little pay for dealing with so many angry patients
