Pros

I started here in 2015, I was laid off due to Covid in 2020, after I have been to a few other office positions, I have returned. I am in a different department since my return but have never been treated bad in any of my time being here. Even the upper management has been great with anything I have encountered. Opportunity for advancement!

Cons

I have no cons to share at this time. nothing but good news, if the company was bad, Why would I have come back

Pros

Market offering is substantial in terms of service to clientele. This makes the atmosphere for growth perfect. Good people that are honest to work with.

Cons

Older company learning to grasp the newer age of technology, as with any company navigating this. It takes time to adopt and can be a struggled at times.

Pros

nothing good is left of the company

Cons

senior mgmt think they know what to do to drive business however they only want "yes" people and not workers. All mgmt that cared or worked were let go due to huge egos in what they call senior mgmt. mgmt needs to take the blinders off and think about who is left and if they can get the true leaders back instead of uneducated bosses
