Pros

There are not any pros for this company. PI used to be a fun place to work at before theScore merge. The pros that had existed, had been taken away within the past year.

Cons

Well where do I even start...the pay is not livable. You're better off working at Starbucks, at least the atmosphere would be sweet. The leadership here is atrocious and full of lies. They say that there are "opportunities" in about every meeting, but you'll never see any. The management is full of try-hards, who do not care about you whatsoever. TheScore came along and absolutely ruined the fun vibes that Penn had to offer. No wonder why everyone is leaving left and right...it is definitely not the "Best Place to Work". If you're looking for an entry level job, look elsewhere and avoid this place. The communication is horrible and if you ask one person a question, they likely will not know the answer, then direct you to 50 other people who don't know the answer. As for TheScore's side of this, the employees there should be more familiar with EVERYTHING that goes on in Barstool Sportsbook. Hands down the worst sportsbook and our customers have said that over 100 times in chat.

Penn Interactive Response

The interactive division continues to take on an increasingly important role in PENN’s overall business, and combining the talented workforces of theScore and Penn Interactive has us best positioned for success in the fast-paced, highly competitive sports betting and online gaming industry. It’s an exciting time for our company, with major initiatives planned for 2023 and a busy product roadmap. Above all, we’re committed to fostering an inclusive, welcoming work environment and value open, transparent communication. Throughout our growth, we’ve maintained an open door policy that encourages employees to provide ideas and honest feedback to their managers and leadership. We maintain a compensation and benefits package that is competitive within our industry. In fact, we recently updated our benefits in several important areas, such as increased parental leave, tuition reimbursement, physical wellness reimbursement and access to mental health benefits.
