This is a poorly-run diploma mill. The courses don't have instructors--they have graders, so students get feedback on an assignment from multiple people. Often, it is conflicting, and the students are incredibly frustrated. I'd be, too, but you cannot expect quality and care if you are paying less than Walmart. The pay is absolutely abysmal, especially for a job that requires a graduate degree. $12 an hour is *so* shameful, and so is taking student money and not telling them that very few employers will accept or respect a degree from Penn Foster. I'm keeping this off my CV; it's embarrassing.
