Pros
Some of the best decisions I've ever made have been from a position of strength.
I was happy in my role and ready to spend a good chunk of the next phase of my career in situ, doing great work with my former employer...but then I got the call from Pendulum.
I worked with a number of the team for a number of years in another organisation, mentoring people entering the world of work for the first time into leaders or at the very least - successful, rounded people. The values, the ethos, the work-ethic and the focus on people and culture sold me on the spot - the recognition of and the commitment to correcting some of the foibles that crept into that previous venture had me excited to be a core part of Pendulum's growth.
If you want to be an important part of a machine, to be supported and developed - to enjoy a career that has you working to live but at the same time working with people who will make an impact on you that will last for the rest of your life - let us know.
Cons
The team is currently on the smaller side, but that is something to be treasured! COVID has limited social interaction, but that will soon be put right!
