Pros

The people and culture are Peloton is one of the best work environments I've been a part of. Unlike other firms, Peloton does not drive it's employees into the ground with stress of meeting deadlines and overloading them with useless administrative tasks. Peloton strives to provide real quality service to it's clients and happy employees is the key to success. Of course there are days and nights where an individual is stretched thin and burning the midnight oil, but senior management is supportive and acknowledges those efforts versus viewing the 'long work week' as the norm. Friday's in the office are GREAT! Everyone does their part whether it's community service, in-house training, ordering team lunch, or socializing regarding the past week's work. Given the small size of Peloton, working with Human Resources and the Finance departments is VERY easy and quick! It's quite the difference between a big 4 firm whereas communicating with HR or Finance may take a week or more! Overall, the feel of Peloton is a unique, modernized, and open work environment and I'm truly happy to be part of the team!

Pros

All of leadership is highly tenured. All have been around the organization for 10+ years, moving through different verticals and duties. Lots of room for growth and advancement. Very competitive pay and a helpful/welcoming demeanor carried by the vast majority of the company. Really does strive to hire for culture fit just as much as technical and functional acumen. Benefit costs to employee are very low! PTO is “unlimited”, plus holidays, including the week between Christmas-New Year.

Cons

Truly nitpicking for some negatives: Max 401k company match @ $2k /yr. This is low in the industry. No company Amex for travel. (This may be a positive for some consultants).
