Pros

Great place for recent grads and those looking to build up experience. Strong brand recognition. Great people to work with. You learn a lot if you put the effort in. Flexible PTO - although that comes with an asterisk as you rise in the org.

Cons

Grossly underpaid. High turnover - can't blame folks for taking the experience and leaving. As company grows, unless you are favored by leadership, don't expect much higher-level growth opportunities - very insular - and will otherwise fill upper management and talent gaps with external talent. Again due to growth, declining culture and old-school ways of thinking/operating. Not as collaborative as they claim to be. They will take employee feedback but rarely execute on it. It's a top-down driven organization. Diversity - throughout the organization but especially at the leadership and management level. Overselling services and capabilities = underdelivering & disgruntled clients.

Pros

All of leadership is highly tenured. All have been around the organization for 10+ years, moving through different verticals and duties. Lots of room for growth and advancement. Very competitive pay and a helpful/welcoming demeanor carried by the vast majority of the company. Really does strive to hire for culture fit just as much as technical and functional acumen. Benefit costs to employee are very low! PTO is “unlimited”, plus holidays, including the week between Christmas-New Year.

Cons

Truly nitpicking for some negatives: Max 401k company match @ $2k /yr. This is low in the industry. No company Amex for travel. (This may be a positive for some consultants).
