      - employees are fun to be with - monthly lunches + games bring all employees together to mingle and chat - flex time options

      Cons

      - low salary - zero to few options for career advancement - management will have employees continue working even in days with extreme weather conditions unless they file it and take days off their vacation allocation

      Pros

      For about eleven years, I worked at CAE Pelesys as a Courseware Developer, contributing to effective aviation training by designing lessons, testing them and using software like Articulate Storyline, Adobe After Effects and Photoshop. I helped different teams hit strict deadlines and continued to ensure our work was of high quality and followed all guidelines. All in all, I’d give it a 4 out of 5. I gained a lot, worked through constant challenges and had the chance to develop both teamwork and computer skills. Because of the company’s financial restructuring, I was laid off in 2024 and that’s when I left.
