This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for. I shall never recommend anyone to opt for this. If I start listing the cons, I think It will become a complete novel :D . In sorts following are few of plethora cons. 1. A bad manager or company can take a good staff and destroy it, Along with that they will destroy your time also If you work here. 2. Most of the good staff already flee. 3. The entire place is a complete joke. Avoid at all cost. 4. There are mosquitoes every where in that small office 5. unhygienic environment 6. No quality work 7. Employees are not valued. 8. No perks of working in a software company. 9. No motivation to employee 10. No work life balance
