Small company with lots of freedom. The two owners are very nice and friendly. It was fun working for them. Great for someone with an entreprenuerial work ethic. As long as you can deliver what you promise they will give you lots of freedom to work how you want. Very nice flexibility to work from home or at the office.

The same pros are also the cons. They are small and many prospects never heard of us. Getting meetings was sometimes hard. The website needs a lot of work, especially for a technology consulting company. Recruiting bandwidth was sometimes an issue, but with the resources they have, they do a good job.
