      We were working as market leaders in personalisation.

      Cons

      Often the sales guys sold in technology that wasn't ready yet so as a client service manager you had to work hard to calm clients and act like you were on their side and would work with them and the tech team to create the best product possible

      Pros

      The people are great, everyone helps each other and there was a great pioneering feel to what we were doing.

      Cons

      CEO clearly doesn't know what he's doing and spends too much time chasing the next shiny new thing instead of spending time ensuring that the teams are working properly and developed effectively. HR is a bit of a joke really.
