1. Jack of all trades but master of none. That means you may get to learn many things but you may not get an expert in a particular technology. 2. End-to-end product work is less but scripting work is more. 3. Major work handled by the client, we have to maintain and support their work.

It's always good to start a career with growing company, PLS is the same one. It has very good client and learning opportunities. Work timings are general shift 9 am to 6 pm and have some flexibility too. As it's small company one shouldn't expect benefits like MNC, but still salary is good along with good hike.
