Pros
No Pros. The only Pro is that you get salary which is lower than any market
Cons
Very poor management. No one knows what they are doing. No hierarchy No work culture No team management Kiss the ring culture is promoted by everybody It a startup that never got launched Six days a week HR policies are not great During my whole tenure that is a year. No earned leaves was allowed. They have 10 months of probation period. Lots of adhoc work that inhibits your growth.
