Pediatric Health Choice (PHC) now has a new partner in Pediatric Home Service (PHS), and we are committed to investing in our teams and ensuring that each branch has the resources and support needed to provide the best possible care to our patients. We are actively working on bringing additional tools, training programs, and operational resources to each location to help alleviate workload challenges and improve efficiency. Our goal is to empower branch leadership by giving them more autonomy while also providing the structure and support they need to be successful.
In the coming months, we are rolling out new initiatives to recognize and support employees, including leadership development programs, additional clinical resources, and operational improvements to streamline processes. We understand that these changes take time, but we are dedicated to making meaningful improvements that positively impact our teams.
