Communication is great! I've yet to have a problem that I didn't get some kind of response to very promptly. My team stays in touch and reaches out regularly.
Cons
I've had some hang ups with the insurance packages and given that we only work the school year it can be frustrating to get it sorted out and seeing doctors. The company helps how they can.
