      Meaningful work with children on the spectrum

      Cons

      Poor upkeep of facilities, profit is put over client care, poor leadership. I have witnessed the owner of the company insult a child who was receiving treatment.

      Pros

      Every clinic has a family feel to it. The owner takes time to add themes to every room and provide areas that the kids will enjoy. Strong leadership and approachable management, Competitive salary and benefits.

      Cons

      Regular RBT staff turnover, but in my experience, this is an industry-wide issue.
