Pros

It was a nice a interview, but that's all.

Cons

Poor management: no managerial skills, micro management, no adequate feedback; overtime not paid: your shift usually starts at 9am but never ends at 6pm; salary much below the market level; no work-life balance, everyone knows about it, but if you say a word - the managers turn your life into a nightmare

Pros

The company offers a lot of possibilities to grow as a professional: you are able to work on different projects in different countries closing different positions. Yes, it is hard, sometimes resumes and candidates are coming to your dreams :) but I loved that you do not stay on the same level. Your career growth will be as fast as you want it to be, the sky is the limit. And of course it has to do a lot with your Country Manager and where you work. I was lucky to have one that really challenged me every day. Another thing I would like to mention is professionalism. The company does a great job in executive search and presents The best candidates on the market. You will not be ashamed by the company you work for!

Cons

Your experience of work will be different from country to country. I do believe that it will be a lot harder for guys in Moldova to achieve the results and positions that are available in other countries.
