Decent hours, good pay, welcoming environment

Especially as an intern, was occasionally not given much of substance to do

-Excellent class of machines and steel processing solutions, rewarding/interesting projects to work on -Enthusiastic, talented, and driven employees from assembly to marketing and everywhere in between -Interesting campus with direct collaboration between Engineering and Assembly across the street -AMAZING cafeteria with filling meals every day for a very fair price -Fun office culture with regular, company sponsored events

-Location is not really a center of industry, not many other engineering companies around (not all that bad, as I said, it is interesting/pretty) -Intern program could use some structure and development. I barely interacted with other interns and often had to ask for work to do
