Pros
Plenty of opportunity for working in a fun environment, pre-Covid. The festivals, concerts and night markets were fun.
Cons
Corporate took the original concept and ruined it.
No one in corporate knows how to actually manage a business. They hire based on nepotism and friendships, and allow unqualified people to manage their accounting and IT areas.
They consistently drive their best managers and workers out of the company by siding with unqualified people in petty squabbles, causing departments to be mismanaged.
Corporate constantly changes how they run the organization, which often contradicts good business sense and common sense.
They promise good pay and room to grow, but then refuse to give raises to senior staff.
They assign "tasks" that are management level but refuse to raise workers wages to reflect the change in job description.
They mismanage their pay, tips, and sick time/vacation time for employees and get hostile when asked to review and verify the information.
Management gaslights and vilifies workers when they want to use time off they earned.
They mismanaged their money and may not be open much longer.
All in all, not a good experience.
