- Business treats employees poorly and offers few opportunities for growth and development
- You typically have to threaten to leave or leave for a better opportunity and then come back later on in order to receive a raise.
- HR does many small things to give the appearance of caring for the employees, lunches, free samples, events, but spends least amount possible on the things that actually matter, compensation and benefits.
- Poor executive and direct management
- You can work with someone for years and see them leave or be terminated randomly. Seems like a common occurrence and is detrimental to morale.
