Pros
I am afraid there are no pros
Cons
they don't pay unless taken to court; they cut rates blaming it on their clients which is a blatant lie; they use emotional blackmail to get their interpreters to accept degrading rates; they employ unqualified bilingual people who pose as professional interpreters; they infiltrate closed internet fora and threaten people who voice their concerns about the degrading working conditions; they keep and process people's data despite numerous requests to be removed of their register and keep sending nuisance messages; in a nuthshell: the opposite of a prodessional and reliable employer, a rogue agency which is driving down rates and destroying the industry. It seems they are finally on their way down which is a great relief for the poor users of their services and their army of slave interpreters.
