Massive turnover at all levels of the organization, presently 35-40% of employees are less than 1 year. Front line workers make poor wages, there is no cost of living increase, and the wage tiers provide no significant wage increase. Evaluations are not timely or not done at all. Directors are a safeguarded clique.
