Pros
Family oriented company. Pay was typical in the industry. Being a sales organization the more products that you sell the more commission we made. I was a good salesperson and was very happy with my pay. It is a growing company which allows for multiple advancement opportunities. May have to move to take advantage of them, which is typical in retail. I was promoted 2 times during my employment. Even thou it is a sales environment you are not "beat down" when you have a bad month and miss your goals. They are understanding and work toward achieving the goals next month. Does a great job identifying different product lines to sell that compliment existing customer traffic. Loved being able to offer customers ways to save money and increase my sales when the customer was not in need of a phone.
Cons
Need to work most holidays, not a negative about the company but more of the retail industry. Currently no health insurance, however they have received quotes recently and from my understanding this is a priority for them to get.
