All the decisions and plans of the organization are backed up by a set of actions that prioritizes the welfare of their members above all else including owner value and profits. I have directly seen how even the executives make personal sacrifices, keeping the organization and the people first. Leaders recognize great performance and are committed to genuinely helping their members improve upon any opportunities.
Cons
It is 99% remote. Because of the pandemic, we lost the only chance to meet in person because of travel restrictions.
