Awesome product that helped a lot of men. Owner of company was a great and generous guy who was passionate about the business and the people that worked there.
Cons
After an investment bank and the new CEO Tom took over, they began removing key people that scaled the business from 10 to 40 clinics in under 2yrs. Then, the CEO completely changed the marketing company wide with no AB testing resulting in a massive loss of revenue. He also fostered a hostile attitude toward sales (the kiss of death for a sales company) Key senior leaders were excluded from what was happening and lied to on multiple occasions and the operations of the company were disjointed and ineffective. This resulted in mass unprofessional firings as the company fell apart. The CEO wouldn’t even show his face on the mass firing video call, many of the people had held on out of loyalty making almost nothing and didn’t even receive a “thanks for the effort we appreciate it however we have to close etc….” The lack of competent leadership from the top was apparent after the owner was no longer in control.
